Riley Nahlik (he/him) was appointed as the Chorus Operations Assistant in September 2021. As an arts manager, Riley has experience in event production, development, and social media management.
Riley also holds positions in the Department of Music at UB, Alleyway Theatre, and
National Concerts. Previously, Riley worked for the Dean of the College of Fine Arts and the Center for Performing Arts at Illinois State University, and for the International Competition for Collegiate A Cappella.
Riley is currently pursuing an M.A. in Arts Management at the University at Buffalo, where he is interested in the intersection of arts and politics, ensemble management, and non-profit advocacy, specifically the role that policy plays in the creation of art. Riley graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Voice Performance. A classically trained tenor, he has performed roles in Dido and Aeneas, Gianni Schicchi, Il barbiere di Siviglia, and more.
