The Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus accepts payment in person via Cash, Check, and Debit/Credit Card. All online purchases accepted through our online store accept all major credit cards. To

All ticket prices for events that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Tickets purchased on bpchorus.org are subject to a non-refundable online convenience and shipping fee. The breakdown of fees per order are as follows:

1-10 Tickets: $4.00

10-20 Tickets: $8.00

20+ Tickets: Please call or email for details

Delivery Options

All tickets and merchandise are mailed via US Postal Service unless will call has been requested. Tickets purchased within 7 days of the performance date will automatically be held at the box office for will call.

Pricing and Availability

Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, Phone Centers, Retail Locations and box offices. Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly.

Refunds

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. All sales are final, unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled, or the performance venue is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. If an event has been cancelled or if an event is rescheduled, and you still elect to receive a refund, you must return the complete ticket order, with stubs attached to the address below. Please contact us at least 24-hours prior to the newly scheduled event in order for you to be eligible for a refund. We must receive your unused tickets before a refund will be issued.

Pricing and Other Errors

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you then: The Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. You will be notified of any cancellations. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site.
